What an amazing historical beauty!!! This is my home away from home

Deben cuidar la limpieza, tuve la mala experiencia de encontrar una cucaracha en la habitación, se aviso en gerencia, pero no notamos gran atención al respecto, otra situación a mejorar hay mal olor en las coladeras del baño.

Beautiful hotel and very attentive staff. The rooms were excellent, clean, and well decorated. We highly recommend this centrally located hotel for a overnight or a long stay. While we didn't actually eat a meal other than breakfast at the hotel, other guests told us the food was outstanding. I would not hesitate to stay there again

Casa Grande Hotel Boutique has beautiful architecture, but the experience was disappointing. The staff was stand-offish, acting like any request was a burden. They gave no helpful recommendations and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. A standout moment was breakfast on the terrace. I asked what pan dulces were available, and instead of answering or offering to bring any, I was told to go downstairs, check myself, buy what I wanted, and bring it back. It was baffling and showed a lack of hospitality. The rooms were poorly designed. The only lighting came from the windows, but since our room faced the courtyard, opening them meant no privacy. Keeping them closed left the room dark and uninviting. The doors were also extremely hard to open, making even basic tasks frustrating. The rooftop terrace has a stunning view of the cathedral, but none of the rooms have that view—only the terrace does. If that’s what you’re booking for, skip the stay, book a better hotel, and just visit for a drink instead. Between the cold staff, poor lighting, and frustrating layout, we checked out early and went elsewhere. Casa Grande looks great in photos, but it’s all style over substance.

This hotel is lovely, convenient, with courteous employees. The rooms NEED lighting. They are way too dark.
