Un lugar muy bonito, bien cuidado, habitaciones amplias y hermosas, variedad y buena calidad en las amenidades. El personal excelente. Recomiendo ampliamente.

El servicio es excelente, todos son muy atentos y dispuestos a apoyar. Recepción (Vanesa y el Sr. Esteban y la otra señorita del turno de la tarde) Valet Parking y Bellboy, Seguridad (Rolando y Alejandro) en terraza (Jesús). Las habitaciones son hermosas, muy espaciosas, no se escucha nada de ruido y se oscurecen completamente. Muchos detalles, muy limpias. No hay estacionamiento pero el personal está muy pendiente de llevarse los vehículos y traerlos. La terraza tiene una vista magnífica de la Catedral y el centro.

The property’s architecture is incredibly beautiful, the high ceilings are impressive, super clean and quiet, very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional.

The hotel has an unbeatable location right at the Morelia´s cultural and entertainment center, everything worth visiting is within walking distance (5 min). The building itself is gorgeous and will inspire you to take many great pictures; beware it is a popular wedding venue, so you might have a party going on during your stay. Rooms are huge and nicely decorated, unfortunately you’ll get some noise from the street, but this is a 300-year-old building, so, no big deal. Staff is very attentive and efficient, always looking to make your stay most enjoyable. The terrace has a magnificent view of Morelia’s Cathedral, great place to have an evening drink or two, and enjoy the Cathedral lighting show on Saturday nights. Parking at an offsite place is available for an extra cost (MEX150/day), it will take 15 min to get your car. This is not a low budget place to stay, but your money will get you a remarkable experience that we are already looking forward repeating.

My fiancé and I had a destination wedding in Morelia this past month. My friends and family who flew in to Morelia stayed at Casa Grande and have nothing but positive feedback to provide. The service from the staff was impeccable. They were so attentive and kind. The hotel itself is stunning from the architect, to the different layouts of each bedroom. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were cleaned every day. The location of the hotel was also very convenient and walkable. The food and bar beverages were top tier. Casa Grande made our stay in Morelia so magical and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend staying here!! Morelia brides… definitely consider having your wedding here. It was absolutely perfect!!!
