Casa Grande Hotel Boutique

The rooms were beautiful and the hotel was centrally located. The staff was exceptional. The staff did a wonderful job at making us feel accommodated and went above and beyond for my family when we were checking out. We had to take our luggage to a nearby garage where a car was waiting for us and their staff walked our luggage all the way to the garage for us. Truly thoughtful! I would love to stay here again and would recommend it to others, as well.

For those with balcony view room, I wish there were a way to drown out the noise a bit more. Perhaps with earplugs? Not the biggest deal, but could be for light sleepers.

Amazing hotel, clean, well decorated. Friendly front desk staff. Unbeatable location. The only complaint I would have is that service at breakfast in the rooftop was very bad. I think it was because the kitchen is on a lower level so was much slower, but also didn’t get condiments, like syrup or butter for pancakes, even after asking for them, so had to eat them dry, and rarely saw the server. Wasn’t a major issue issue however as we loved everything else.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels in Mexico. It is decorated with authentic Mexican art. The rooms are super beautiful with amazing linens and beauty products. It is 5 stars

It was not a great place to stay. We never received a free drinks or a bottle. The room was nice, but there is a bar or a club next door and kept us up until 3am. I also tried doing a late check out and at first I was told yes and the next day the staff said no. I would't stay here again. Very dissapointed.

It is a shame all the noise that is getting from the neighborhood’s “antros” (nightclubs) as well as a wedding party at the hotels roof exactly over our room. Imposible to sleep with the volume of the music and the sound of the people’s dance till 2:00 am, hen the hotel’s personel removing the forniture of the event at 6:00 am making more noise. No one alerts us for that inconvenience at the arrival. The parking for the car is far and expensive.

El restaurante no vale visitar a parte de desayuno. Me han dado un cuarto a un lado de una bodega o no sé que solo que diario habia demasiado actividad desde el camión temprano en la mañana para recoger basura. El cuarto falta atención a detalles por ejemple en la ducha y la pared atras del escritorio. Hubo otras habitaciones disponibles, y me dieron lo peor posible, mi tercera visita al hote estara probablementa la última. Hay mejores hoteles cerca.
