The location of Casa Grande was great! I love being able to go outside and be right in the center area buy the cathedral. We really enjoyed their restaurant as well.

One thing we didnt like was the parking option. Not horrible but we didnt really know where to park at first. The app key did not work with my phone but reception gave me a key card for the room and we did not have any issues at all.

Our experience of a week’s stay has been wonderful. Our room and the hotel’s restaurant were a delight. It’s hard to pick anyone out for especially good service, as everyone we encountered was friendly and responsive. With only 12 rooms “boutique” is a good description. One does have to pay attention to noisy events on the roof terrace that may go into the small hours. An unfortunate feature of the hotel architecture is that there is no proper lobby. A patio open to the sky is probably ok in warm weather months, not so much in December. There is a cozy bar attached to the restaurant that serves this purpose and nobody objected to our using it as an area for relaxation and conversation.

The location of this hotel couldn't' be better. Its directly across from the Central square) and the principal cathedral. Lots of restaurants in the area, and easy walking to the city's major attractions. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace where we had delicious breakfasts nearly every morning, and the indoor dining room is attractive and well-staffed.

While we liked our room, the lighting was so poor that it was impossible to read. Because of the high ceilings, the hanging light's output was inadequate; two floor lights didn't function at all; and there were no reading lights next to the bed.

The air conditioner never worked, even when i called a few times to front desk to help with the issue. I couldn’t sleep at all, so it was a really bad night for us when the only reason we stayed there was to be comfortable
