the staff and facilities were nice, and the architecture was stunning

trying to communicate with the hotel before arrival and arrange a driver took over for attempts through their portal through email and the lake. Not a great sentiment to have for pre-arrival.

Too noisy when they have an event in the facilities. Loud noise went on through 2:30 am. It was hard to sleep. They didn’t provide the welcome drink nor the bottle of wine they were supposed to give away at check in as part of the VIP access.

Exelente hotel servicio limpieza inmobiliaria todo perfecto solo el desayuno muy lento y mal servicio de los meseros te ignoraban pedíamos café y frío pero de ahí en mas súper le doy un 100 al hotel

This place is Beautiful!! Staff was Amazing Jazmin, Jorge, Julio, Heriberto, Rolando and A Special Shout out to Ignacio my aunt june became ill he was such a blessing 🙌 he stayed with her the whole time while we waited for a Dr that he recommended which the Dr was also Just as Amazing thank you all so much for everything we will definitely be back!!

"Amazing Family Reunion"

We had the most amazing stay!! Front desk Jazmin was the best also Rolando, Jorge, Heriberto, Julio And A Special Shout Out To Ignacio our Aunt June Got ill and he was so Amazing with the care he gave her and getting us the help she needed. Housekeeping was also so sweet and helpful thank you everyone. Hotel was AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL we will definitely be back!!!

"They rip you off on breakfast, but everything else is very good."

Location and the place in general is great.

I booked and paid breakfast for three guest, but only recieved for two. And, the discount they give on it is misleading. You always have to pay extra, even if you ask only for what the voucher says
