"Great location, nice hotel"

Beautiful grand old house turned into a hotel, right on the Zocalo. Good service and nice units... Extended our stay for about a week in total. Location couldn't be better.

"Do Not Stay Here!"

The hotel is beautiful. However, apart from being an extremely expensive hotel for the area, the staff are extremely rude and overcharged for everything! I stayed here to get ready with my bridesmaids for my wedding and the morning turned into a nightmare. From their outlets not working, not letting us get ready in the room, trying to charge us $200 USD for a get ready room that they offered without mentioning charge, and charging for coffee service within 2 hours of bringing it. I will never stay here again, nor do I recommend it to anyone. It is not worth it.

Location was good and close to local restaurants and a decent shopping mall.

Shower faucet continued to leak, parking was a challenge, internet throughout the property is spotty.

The noise level makes this hotel impossible. Outside traffic noise and vibration were terrible. Moved rooms only to have a wedding party and disco until 1:00am.
