Please note that bookings for double bed or two twin beds in accommodations for one person may undergo changes at check-in upon availability, but will be granted priority as required by the guests. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. This hotel has apartments under renovation from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (except holidays). Please note that a valid photo ID card corresponding to the name on the booking is required at check-in. A copy of an ID will not be accepted.

"Bom custo benefício no Itaim"

Excelente localização, staff educado e receptivo, apartamento confortável e limpo. O condomínio mudou de administradora hoteleira muito recentemente. Reformaram a recepção que ficou muito boa e deram uma guaribada nos apartamentos, pintando os móveis de branco contudo estão defasados e precisam de uma reforma maior. Os banheiros são velhos.

"Pleasant with a few drawbacks."

The Victoria Place is located exactly whereI want to be in São Paulo. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and dispose of a kitchen. The breakfast is varied and appetizing.

It bothers me the lack of conveniently located electric outlets to charge a computer or a cell phone in the rooms. Also, to my surprise, the hotel does not have electric outlet adaptors for international plugs available for guest usage. I guess most of their guests must be Brazilians. Another inconvenience, especially for contact lens wearers, is the lack of drain plugs for the bathroom sinks. Last, the small fridge in the kitchen is empty. A bottle of water would have been an welcome addition.

Location is the best in Sao Paulo. Taxi stop right in front of the hotel. Big, confortable apartment. Many great restaurants in the area. Close to the main shopping centers. Helpfull team. Good free breakfast with plenty of fruits.

Estadia muito boa! Café farto e quarto bem amplo para 4 pessoas. Possui dois banheiros também 👍. Além disto acesso fácil ao Morumbi com carro próprio.
