Please note that bookings for double bed or two twin beds in accommodations for one person may undergo changes at check-in upon availability, but will be granted priority as required by the guests. Please note that rooms with balcony are subject to availability. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. This hotel has apartments under renovation from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (except holidays). Please note that a valid photo ID card corresponding to the name on the booking is required at check-in. A copy of an ID will not be accepted.

Roomo are a terrible operating company. They are disorganized and poor communicators. Despite providing information they needed and confirming with their staff, they harassed us during our stay and even kicked us out of one of the rooms we booked despite confirming our stay. The staff at reception are powerless as the property is ‘managed’ by people not on site and only available by WhatsApp. Avoid this company otherwise you risk a bad trip just like ours was.

Proximo dos melhores restaurantes de São Paulo Funcionarios muito gentis, e cafe da manhã bem agradavel Ficamos em um apartamento de 2 quartos e sala Decoração muito basica e antiga, precisa de modernização Ar condicionados super barulhentos apenas nos quartos, nenhum ar condicionado na sala Apenas uma televisão na sala, nenhuma nos quartos Banheiros bem antigos, mas com bom chuveiro

Boa localização no ITAIM, vários restaurantes próximos. Apartamento limpo e bem conservado. Estrutura antiga, porém com boa manutenção. Ar condicionado antigo e no banheiro ainda tem bidê.
