Hotel Hafenresidenz Stralsund

Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade, schönes und ruhiges Zimmer im Nebenhaus, gute Parkmöglichkeit beim hotel (rechtzeitig reservieren erforderlich), sehr freundliches und geduldiges Personal an der Rezeption.

Frühstücksbuffet eher wenig variantenreich, teilweise wurde auch nicht mehr nachgereicht, Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals entwicklungsfähig, das Lokal selbst ist ein negativer Kontrast zum sonst schönen Hotel. Kaffee war echt schlimm.

The situation is fantastic, along the bay of Stralsund and at a 5 minutes walk from the city center. Private parking in front of the hotel (with reservation), easy access. The restaurant Rockeria is great, good burgers and nice rocky atmosphere.

Our room was not in the standards of a 4 stars hotel. The decoration was sad, the lightning in the bathroom was dark, the terrace and windows were not clean... Although it was comfortable, we have been quite disappointed. The personnel at the reception is a bit cold and upsetting.

Great location. Clean, great breakfast buffet and dinner menu.

Located on the shore of the Baltic Sea, 10 min. Walking distance from the center of the Old Town.
