رسالة شكر وتقدير لموظفي الفندق – غرف 1020 و 1021 التحية طيبة لعلية الإدارة المحترمة، أود أن أعرب عن جزيل شكري وامتناني للخدمة الرائعة التي تلقيتها خلال إقامتي في الغرفتين 1020 و 1021. لقد قام ثلاثة من موظفيكم بأداء عملهم على أكمل وجه وبكل إخلاص، وأود الإشادة بهم بشكل خاص: محمود (قسم النظافة والترتيب) كان محمود حريصًا جدًا على نظافة وترتيب الغرف بشكل ممتاز وفوق الوصف. والأهم من كل ذلك هو تعامله الراقي والإستثنائي؛ لقد كان في غاية اللطف، الصبر، حسن الاستماع، وبابتسامة دائمة لا تفارق وجهه. شيماء الملكة قسم spa شيماء الرائعة دللتني في السبا في اليوم الأول واليوم الأخير من إقامتي. لقد أعطتني شعوراً مذهلاً، وتمكنت بدقة من تحديد نقاط الألم في جسدي وتحريرها بالكامل، لدرجة جعلتني أشعر وكأنني ولدت من جديد هدى (قسم spa) استقبلتني هدى لجلسة العلاج وأنا في حالة تعب شديد وجسد "منهك تمامًا" بعد يوم طويل من الغوص. بفضل مهنيتها العالية واحترافيتها، استطاعت ببساطة أن تعيد إليّ نشاطي وتجمع قواي من جديد. كل التقدير لكم على وجود مثل هؤلاء الموظفين في فندقكم، ونأمل أن يكثر الله من أمثالهم. سأكون ممتنًا جدًا لو قمتم بنقل هذا الشكر والتقدير لهم بشكل شخصي. مع خالص التحية والاحترام سماهر خليلي

Lo mejor del hotel fue la limpieza de la habitación sobre todo Mahmound y Viola la chica de recepción y la amabilidad de la gente.

La comida era un poco escasa no tenía casi snack tenías que regirte a las horas de comida y poca animación , no es un hotel de 5 estrellas
