The room was very clean and organised all team were very friendly and i loved my stay and the room was pool view with great site and reception team very friendly espicially abanop and mr mina and mr helal

We have never felt so disappointed by a hotel. The entire experience was chaotic from beginning to end. The reception desk was the biggest problem during our stay. Staff members were unprofessional, unhelpful, and often spoke to guests without respect. Instead of finding solutions, they created even more frustration. Every interaction felt difficult. We constantly had to repeat ourselves, explain the same issues over and over again, and wait far longer than necessary for basic assistance. The lack of organization was unbelievable. It felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority at all. Nobody followed up, nobody took ownership of problems, and nobody seemed interested in making things right. We left every conversation feeling more frustrated than before. The stress caused by this hotel completely overshadowed our vacation. We spent our time dealing with complaints, confusion, and disappointment instead of relaxing and enjoying our trip. This hotel does not deserve its reputation. The service quality was far below acceptable standards, and the overall experience was incredibly disappointing. If management truly cares about its guests, major changes are needed immediately. We paid good money expecting a pleasant holiday and received the exact opposite. We feel that our time, money, and trust were wasted. I cannot remember another hotel that left such a negative impression on us. This should have been a memorable vacation for positive reasons, but unfortunately it became memorable for all the wrong reasons. The reception service was absolutely unacceptable, communication was terrible, problem-solving was nonexistent, and the overall treatment of guests was extremely disappointing. From the very first day, we felt ignored and undervalued. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we found ourselves constantly dealing with unnecessary stress, confusion, and frustration. Every issue became a struggle, and every request felt like it was too much to ask.
