الفندق عموما جميل وتشعر فيه براحه نفسيه واللكوا كانت ممتعه موظفين الفندق دايما بيحاولو يقدمو المساعده من اول مستر مينا فى الريسبشن اللى رغم وصولنا المبكر ساعدنا ودخلنا الغرفه بسرعه وبالنسبه للغرفه مساحتها كويسه جدا وموظف الهاوس كيبينج ابانوب مكانش بيتأخر عن اى حاجه نطلبها وشيفات المطاعم بقيادة الشيف احمد لما كنا بنطلب حاجه مش موجوده مكانوش بيتأخرو عن تلبيتها

We had a wonderful vacation.The staff were very helpful and friendly. House keeping were excellent.Night shows and animation team were very entertaining. Delicious food.We loved the Aqua so much

الزيارة كانت حلوة جداااا من تنظيم رائع و عمل فوق الممتاز .. شكرا للستاف على مجهوداتهم والتزامهم وتعاونهم اللي نقل مستوى الاقامة لمستوى تاني تماما خاصة مستر مينا ميخائيل ومستر هلال في الريسبشن .. ومستر احمد المصري فنان الرمل في البزار و مستر سطوحي و مستر حامد في المطعم بصراحة وجودهم فرق .. بالاضافة لنظافة المطعم و البسين والغرفة .. الفندق كله كان ممتازة حقيقي كانت زيارة ممتازة و ان شاء الله مش هتكون الاخيرة شكرا لكل المسؤولين والستاف اللي كانوا السبب في الزيارة الرائعة دي خاصة اللي تم ذكرهم
