Понравилось всё, обсуживание в отеле, еда, персонал, отношение к людям очень приятное, без агрессии, с уважением. Отель 5 звёзд, огромная территория, большой аквапарк для взрослых и отдельный для детей. 4 ресторана на выбор: каждый день еда из разной кухни, еда без ограничений, повара и официанты работают постоянно, на ресепшене обслужил египтянин Абануб (Abanoub), очень вежливый. Комнату убирал Ислам (Islam) очень аккуратно и чисто. Всем советую этот отель, бассейн просто шикарный.

Не понравилось то что, по прилёту в Египет, нас всех ожидало бумажная бюрократия. Никто не объясняет как, но заполнить нужно. Если не знаешь как, за 10$ (кому то за 5) предлагают заполнить сами сотрудники аэропорта, то есть египтяне. При выезде и города было то же самое.

I would like to praise Antonious at the reception and Haron at the restaurant for their great job and service during our stay. Keep up the good work, guys.

The distance from the beach. The extreme heat in the afternoon. The ravens and crows that were bugging us during breakfast, lunch and dinner :)

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. It is definitely one of the top three hotels in the area. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and the rooms were spotless every day. The facilities, service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. Everything was perfectly organized, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh and looking for exceptional service, comfort, and quality. A truly wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations.
