Lo staff cordiale gentile educato. Ho fatto un viaggio con la famiglia e siamo stati coccolati , soprattutto dopo il piccolo infortunio di mio marito, tutto funziona perfettamente! Ringraziamo i ragazzi della reception Mohamed George, Helal , Ahmed il ragazzo che ci ha sempre pulito la stanza creandoci dei disegni simpatici 😁con le asciugamani , Melad, Shaker, e i ragazzi del ristorante e i cuochi. Grazie di tutto e per la gentilezza che ci avete riserbato. Ritorneremo 💗

Otele varmadan önce iletişime girmeleri çok iyiydi. Onun dışında iyi birşey yok.

Çok pis, heryer herşey çok pis. Ana yemekhanede buz tutacagini gözümüzün önünde yere düşürdü ve temizlemeden olduğu gibi kullanmaya devam etti. Yan masamizdaki bir bayan istifra ediyordu, ya lezzetten ya da pis birşey olduğu içindi. Önümdeki masada bir adam içeceğini içerken bardağının altı kendiliginden kırıldı ve bütün içecek hem masasına hem de üzerine döküldü. Sadece bir gece konakladık bunun için şükrediyorum daha fazla süre kalmak zorunda olsaydım kesinlikle iade talebi ederdim mümkün değilse de dayanamaz kaçar giderdim resmen. Çıkışta tesisin genelinde temizlik sorunu olduğunu ve başımızdan geçenleri anlatmamiza rağmen pek anlayışlı davranmadilar. Sadece bir gece kaldığımı ve bunları telafi edebilecekleri başka günleri olmadığını belirttiler (sanki farkında değilmişim gibi) şundan da kesinlikle eminim bütün şikayetlere rağmen düzeltici bir adım atacaklarını sanmıyorum. Yemekler çok kötüydü, etler tam pismemisti ya da çok sertti. Pislikten dolayı heryerde sinekler var. Kesinlikle önermiyorum, fiyata göre kalitesi çok düşük bir otel. Dünyanın çok farklı bölgelerinde çok farklı seviyede otellerde konakladık fakat bu gerçekten kötüydü. Kimseye önermiyorum.
