PRC Annex - Pet Friendly

Location was close to a lot of amenities

The hot tub and pool were closed. We were told that they would be open at the end of April, in time for our vacation but when we arrived we were told they were still closed. We were surprised to hear that as we weren't given any advance notice and that was the main reason we decided to stay here. After not receiving a lot of information, we went to the Grande Rockies Resort and they notified us that everyone was aware that the pool and hot tub would not be available until the end of May. We will not be staying here again due to the lack of transparency. If we knew that these amenities were not available, we probably wouldnt have stayed, or changed the dates of our vacation. We come to Canmore every year and stay at the same place and decided to stay here as it was closer to downtown with similar amenities. Our vacation enjoyment was severely reduced by this lack of communication. I will not be coming back, and I will not be offering a reference to this resort. The staff were friendly, but we did not get what we paid for. Very disappointing.

Finding where you are supposed to park was a nightmare, was on the high end for what you get

Size, location was good

Pool area small for size of property. Unit was not even stocked with salt & pepper, tin foil, or food storage containers. Teflon coated cookware very scratched.

Luxurious accommodations

We were looking for a quick night away and to bring the dog. We had a room with a view of the Three Sisters. The space was very nice and clean. The bed was extremely comfy.

Nothing as such

It was not a resort, just a group of condos managed by PRC, and it's hard to find the exact location. No proper parking, swimming pool was in different building so you are expected to wear swimming costume and walk outside in cold weather to reach other building. They have a shortage of staff, so why should guest pay for it. Guests are expected to do some work. Otherwise,they will charge you service fee, check in n check out time are ridiculous because of the shortage of staff. - The front desk has limited availability, - Shower of the room was not working. - Nothing to hang clothes in washroom, I guess it was broken. - balcony door blind was missing. - dining table chair is dangerous as one leg is hanging loose. - Swimming pool facilities were pathetic. - it was crowded, which is ok but poorely maintained. - limited space to keep your stuff around swimming pool. - washroom adjacent to swimming pool was stinky and very dirty. Overall, it is an overrated and overpriced hotel.

Beautiful property! It was perfect!

Good location. Spacious and well appointed.

On suite bathroom is not separated from bedroom ( no bathroom door by design). Ground floor carpets are very old and worn out.
