Positives to the hotel : there was electricity and running water.

negatives : Very old and worn, elevator was broken and looking at previous reviews it has been broken for quite some time. my coworkers room lock was busted off and he propped furniture against the door at night. There was food or something questionable splashed high up on my bedroom wall, carpets looked grubby because they were old, some random hard patches on them which could have been something spilled a long time ago. For the amount the room cost I would have expected a lot better of a place to stay, but as everywhere else was full we didnt have a lot of other options. Parking outside was very tight and limited, didnt feel safe leaving the vehicle parked there. It was a long walk to the 5th floor, but the carpet on the stairs was definitely cleaner that high up so maybe they were better rooms. the heater/AC was old and noisy, mechanical thermostat on the wall was able to adjust so it stopped running.

Price was right, we were able to check before 3:00 pm, Continental breakfast was great. The elevator did not work, so they gave us a room on the first level

Broken elevator, amenities were bad, no orange juice, or hard boiled eggs, or waffles. Apparently tge elevator has been down for over a year.
