There was an empty beer can on the side of the bed upon arrival. We had to to walk 4 flights of stairs

It was a place to stay along a travel route. Plenty of parking, especially on the motel side. Staff were friendly. Very musty/mildew smell in the room but the bedding didn’t smell!

The only redeeming quality about this hotel was the breakfast.

This hotel is in such disrepair. It is evident that zero money has been invested in years. The elevator was broken, the pool required maintenence. The decor, carpets, bedding, etc. weren't just worn, they were shabby. The location is less than ideal. It is located across from CN rail, which is fine, but we were clearly on the wrong side of the tracks. We were concerned that our vehicle might not be there in the morning. We would have left had I not prepaid online.

Staff were friendly and helpful

Booked a queen room with 1 bed for the extra space. Got a room with 2 beds and no space..extremely cramped space. Beds were basically part of the wall. Pillows on the bed were also very small. I have bigger pillows on my couch then we had on the bed. Actually worked on to have the 2nd bed just to have the extra pillows. Beds were ok to sleep on. Breakfest was included which was 1 off the reasons we choose the hotel since we knew we would he checking out before most restaurants would be open..unfortunately breakfest is only hot if you microwave it first. Everything is in little zip lock bags in the fridge or freezer.

Elevator broken so they changed our room to the second floor. I had booked a room with two queens. Before taking my stuff up to the new room I asked staff to confirm the new room had two queens. They said it did. In fact it had two double beds, not queen. We arrived very late with kids, too tired to try and change it. I asked for a rate reduction in the morning reflecting the smaller beds not being what we had booked, and they were not willing to reduce the rate. Breakfast area was dirty, in particular the waffle maker.

very little warm water mainly cold, room dark poor decorations dirty outside room. staff not very helpful. will never stay there again.

Middle of the night some body was screaming outside our room

There was a water leak under the bathroom tiles and the room was not very clean.

Rooms are a bit small but bed was good.
