I liked everything about it! The staff goes overboard to may your stay a good one!

The only thing I would add to the room is more extra seating like a recliner. I have trouble laying in a bed so that would be a wonderful addition!

"Good but with quirks"

Pluses: All rooms are gulf front. Parking was both free and easy to find. Although we were in the middle of the floor, we never heard noise from the elevators. Cons: Even after servicing by hotel staff, it took two flushes to down a single square of toilet paper, much less "other" things. My guess is that the gallons per flush is set way too low. The window has a wonderful view of the gulf that is hampered by the window being cloudy due to having lost its seal. My wife noticed that the room didn't contain a full length mirror and found that very unusual. The TV is not a smart TV, which is really weird in 2026. You can't use it to log on to Netflix, etc. You will want to bring a streaming stick for that. We don't remember these cons from when we stayed here last August so maybe it was just our particular room. But even with these cons, we would stay here again if the price is right.

Great location. Wonderful breakfast. The beach is amazing. The heated pool really nice. The view from the room is stunning ! Would love to come back.

"Anniversary Vacation Gone Wrong"

They’re greedy, but we all knew that. Me and my wife made reservations for our vacation. We accidentally chose the wrong week (our fault). Showed up the week prior. The manager had the option to refund us and chose not to because it wasn’t his fault. There’s $1500 down the drain. Because of a simple missclick. So be aware! They will not help you or try to make things right.
