My wedding was organised beautifully by the hotel. They took care of the management, catering, guests etc. Mr. Rakesh took care of everything and has been a great host for the event. Had a great experience!

Great hotel, nice location. Close to all the hospitals and the train station.

Bath towels and face towels looked old, it’s time to purchase new towels.( not up to 5 star standards.) Also, I got woken up by the rats running in the ceiling at 4 am. Staff friendly and came to inspect the ceiling cavity and found rat bait. They have get on top of the pest control.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Pune in January & Feb 2026 for a significant duration (3 rooms for 19 days, with a 10-day extension for one room). While the initial few days of my stay were quite pleasant and comfortable, the experience eventually deteriorated significantly due to the service failures that followed. Despite being a loyal IHG member, the remainder of my stay was marred by a series of internal communication lapses, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability from the Front Office and Sales teams. 1. Membership & Billing Mismanagement: Despite multiple confirmations at check-in and during the extension period that my IHG membership number would be applied to all bookings, I was told at the final billing stage—without any prior notice—that it could not be added for one of the stay's. This lack of transparency is startling. Why was this not communicated earlier? Why is the guest expected to constantly follow up on something already agreed upon? 2. Rate Discrepancies & Lack of Follow-up: I requested a shift from twin to single occupancy for the extension period (a confirmed difference of ₹1,000/night). Sales advised me to wait 4-5 days for "better rates," yet no one ever followed up. Consequently, I continued at the higher rate simply because the staff failed to execute their own internal process. 3. Unacceptable Service Recovery (Laundry): A previously promised 15% discount on laundry was omitted from my bill. Instead of a refund, I was told to take the discount as an "adjustment for future stays." It is highly unprofessional to expect a guest to bear the brunt of staff inefficiencies by essentially "holding" their money for a future visit. The internal communication at this property is non-existent. I spent my stay chasing the team for updates that should have been proactive. I am posting this here because I believe the General Manager and the Senior Leadership team need to know of these operational gaps. I want to emphasize that I remained patient and understanding throughout the entirety of my stay, despite the recurring internal communication gaps, the irregular laundry credit, and the total lack of initiative from the Front Desk and Sales teams regarding one room transition. However, there is a limit to a guest's patience. When a guest is essentially taken for a ride and forced to bear the financial and administrative brunt of a team’s internal incompetence, it can no longer be overlooked. I look forward to a direct conversation with the management to resolve these outstanding grievances.

My experience was made pleasant solely due to the efforts of Ms. Snehal Kanchan and Mr. Shantanu the GM. She was there from day one till the last day of my stay with my family guest on the occasion of my son's engagement ceremony held on 20th Feb 2026. On an overall basis I will rank my experience good and food to be excellent. Cheers!!!

I really liked the work of the security team and engineering at Crowne Plaza.

Not maintained as per class. Food was not upto mark... Security was good though- Suraj pant was a security person whomI met - found interesting

We returned to this hotel for the second consecutive year, and once again, it did not disappoint. It has quickly become our go-to spot for its comfort and central location. The Highlights • Exceptional Staff: The service here is truly standout. A special thank you to Miss Laiba at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist me when I was feeling unwell. • Breakfast at The Mosaic: The breakfast spread is excellent. We were incredibly well looked after by Purna, Asoke, Ishabela, and Sandipan, who made our mornings bright and easy. • The Room & Views: Our room on the 7th floor offered fantastic views. The bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was excellent, which is always a huge plus. Room for Improvement We did encounter one hiccup we hadn't experienced before: we returned in the afternoon to find our room hadn't been cleaned yet. While it took about two hours to get the matter resolved, the staff did eventually handle it. Given our history here, we know this isn't the norm, but it was a bit of a wait. Final Verdict Despite the minor cleaning delay, the warmth of the staff and the quality of the amenities keep us coming back. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!
