"Accessible but not high quality"

Location, good breakfast and very helpful staff

Initially got a room which was very dirty. The staff would helpful to provide an alternate room. The bathrooms don't have exhaust fans.

Staff approach, cleanliness., location

The breakfast spread was limited, and needed maintenance of the room, also house keeping staff needed to take care of things in place before handing over the room. No towels given I have to ask for it. Also your check in timings are too late. The next morning from 11 am staff is behind of vacant the room on time. Check in time can be 2 pm rather 3 pm rest all okay

my experience at Crowne Plaza pune. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was very professional. I would especially like to appreciate Gracy. She greeted me with a warm smile and had a very friendly approach while talking. She politely asked where I was going and even wished me good luck, which made me feel valued and comfortable. Such small gestures truly make a big difference in a guest's experience. Her kindness and positive attitude are highly appreciated. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality love to visit again
