Wash room must contain support bar to prevent accident n support. Also must have one stool for elderly persons for to remain safe during taking bath.

Towels were given after 5 reminder calls that too not in good condition. Only 1 towels was given and response was they have gone for wash. Then why is booking taken. Slow service had to make min 3 reminder calls for each request
