"If place is clean properly, better breakfast and nice staff will be perfect."

The lady was not professional at all, always on the phone and when we ask for something she will reply in a bad mood.

Front lobby in floor water No proper lighting Door latch broken Stains on pillows towels and sheets Small corner washroom. Microwave on the floor carpet Noicy Airconditoner. That room is not any where in pic they highlighted in adv. mattress is bumps all over.

Nothing, worst hotel I've ever been to. I took one look at the room and left and was refused a refund.

Everything was terrible. Ripped up curtains with cigarette burns on it. Stains and hand prints all over the walls like a horror movie, dirt all over the floor and in every corner. Dead bugs all over the window and ledge. Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and the toilet had stains in it still from the last person. Staff refused to clean the room, refused me a refund and all possible other help I asked for. That is the worst experience I've had at a hotel. I left completely changed my travel plans and went home. Also was wildly overpriced.

"It was awful."

Nothing. This is the worse hotel I have ever been.

It is poorly managed. The reception staff is very rude. The room is covered with dust and the floor is dirty. They say it is a smoking free property but it has sting smoke smell when entering the room. There is absolutely no room service during our stay.

"Worst SEVICE EVER!!!"

Was not given the chance to stay ... you can't even call there as phones to not work!! I would like my money back!! As we were asked to leave !! We were given the most rudest welcome ever!!! The worker/ employee was most ignorant person ever met!!

The service .. the hospitality was was not given .. we were asked to leave .. they DO NOT HAVE A TEEPHONE!! I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK PLZ !!!

Horrible area . Lots of homeless in the parking lot and general area. They lock the front door dead bolt . Making sometimes a wait before you can get in 30 min wait a few time so far . Sone rooms are worst then others . After oaying for a non refundable stay they gave me a room that meets super standards . All an all I’d stay away just because of its location
