"Grateful to have been able to rest in a clean room after a very long and stressful drive."

We are a family with accommodation requests due to medical conditions which make travelling complicated. I requested the special accommodations at the time of booking in advance and was delighted to find everything related to our room almost above expectations.

The shower curtain in our particular room was stained. Granted, the linens are white, however I would think a stock of new shower curtains would be relevant to a hotel and switching it out would not be a problem. Other than that, the room was clean, and the extra touches were so nice! We are a family who can not continually afford to stay in a hotel such as this. Looking ahead to the future at booking dates for college visitation and various appointments, I find it frustrating that on dates when I need a soft place to land and have to be present at the college my daughter is attending, (especially as a disabled individual) the rates are outrageously inflated. Additionally, there are no other hotels to stay in close to campus, so unless one wants to stay out of town, they will pay the inflated rates. Unfortunately that is not an option for me. Business is business I understand. This is a me problem not a you problem, I just wanted to put it out there.

The staff were nice and helpful. Check in and out was a quick process. Love that they had lemon water available.

Breakfast was okay. Could have a little better selection. The rooms are nice but could here people loud and clear in the hallways and doors slamming. Wish the tv was a bit larger so it was easier for everyone to see in a room with two beds.

Breakfast was convenient.

Reservation through Booking.com did not show up on Fairfield check-in despite showing a receipt. Fairfield claimed it was Booking.com mistake, Booking claimed it was Fairfield’s mistake. Customer was caught in between. It took a long time of phone calls and texts. We had to pay a higher rate than planned to Fairfield. We stay at this location several times per year. Not happy!
