"Fabulous competition weekend !"

We went for a cheer competition. The moment we walked in they had cheer l poms and signs all around. It made all the girls feel so special! It was clean and beautiful. We stayed longer to relax and enjoy the pool which was amazing. The breakfast was absolutely delicious both mornings and we loved the hot cocoa bar! We thought that was the coolest and the kids were totally obsessed with it ! Our daughter is deaf and they helped us with a nice accessible room.

I booked a king suite 2 months prior to my stay. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed by Jared (assistant general manager) that I was getting an “upgrade” so we go to our room and it’s a standard double queen. Obviously not an upgrade. Upon going back to the front desk I am told there is no difference in price, which I questioned. He then says there’s only a $10 price difference which is still not accurate. Told me that I am not a ‘high enough’ rewards member to get the room I booked. Jared was extremely rude. Called corporate about it and they have yet to follow up regarding this issue. All around a terrible experience.

"No sleep due to noises"

Decent breakfast choices

Too noisy between flooring, hot tub broken, door locks/handles were really loud when people came and went , no flavored coffee creamers
