The B&B is in a great spot away from the hustle and bustle of Conwy but close enough to walk in. The off road parking is a big bonus. The owners were very welcoming and the breakfast was great. My only niggle was that the mattress and pillows (room 1) were too hard so we didn't sleep too well. I would stay again but chose a different room.
Stayed in Room 2 , views were lovely and as described Easy walk into conwy. Bedroom was immaculatly clean to very high standard . We were taken by the .little extra touches , ie water bottle , and bottle opener , hairdryer and bathroom toiletries, the shower was lovely running hot water, clean towels , The breakfast was cooked well we had the full Welsh and no complaints , cereals and juice also yogurts available . Bedroom had a fan and we also had free WiFi.
A fantastic welcome from my hosts. A lovely evening watching the sun go down from the garden. A great breakfast and interesting guests to talk to. A memorable stay in Conwy. Highly recommended

great stay.owners were lovely,couldn't of been any more helpful.free parking available. room was spotlesly clean.breakfast was amazing, nice fresh fruits,choice of cereals,juices,yogurts and a cooked selection all freshly made to order. only 10 minute walk to town. will visit again.
