The hosts were welcoming and we were provided with a great breakfast each morning. The room was comfortable although I found the shower quite small. There is a great system for storing cold food and fresh milk is available for tea. The property is within good walking distance to Conwy, the attractions and restaurants. Off street parking is available which is necessary in this area.

The room had tea and coffee facilities and there were toiletries in the shower room. We had a comfortable sleep and probably the best cooked breakfast we have had. Add this to the warm welcome we received and it was great value.

2 night stay was perfect for what we required, good loc location, comfortable room, clean small bathroom. Excellent breakfasts. Hosts Richard & Jenny were very friendly.

The breakfast was the nicest cooked breakfast I have had in a b and b or hotel, the smoked bacon, herby sauages and nicely cooked mushrooms and tomatoes were really lovely. The room itself was very nice, but a door to the adjoining room made it less private than we would have liked. The porch with a nice range of books to read was a nice bonus- there were a few nice bonuses like the wine glasses. The driveway to the car park was quite difficult and we parked on the road instead on the first night. It caught the underside of out small car. Jenny and her husbandl and the lady who works for them were all nice and friendly.
We had a great stay. Friendly hosts, great facilities and a brilliant selection of food for breakfast. The property is well situated for Conwy town centre and the ancient attractions.
