Location is good, 10 minutes walk to Conway. The room's size is acceptable, a small shower room is included. This however, has very little water pressure. The female owner is kind, but the male host was really unfriendly. After I complained about the toiled leaking, he wanted me to go and refund my money it was at 9:30 PM. because he doesn't want to get bad reviews. Shouldn't the concern be the leaky toilet? Weird.
Just up for a day on business , very local to town , seem to think of everything and great choice of breakfast
My husband and myself were booked in for a two night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday and to climb Snowdon. Conwy is beautiful, we walked around and on top of the ancient town walls and had a lovely meal at a local pub. Our hosts were very friendly, the accommodation was spotless and if we were ever to return to North Wales again we would definitely stay there again. Parking is to the rear of the property up a very steep side road immediately adjacent.
The B&B was beautifully maintained and very peaceful. Really close to Conwy but in a quiet location, 5 minutes walk away from the town. We loved the breakfast and couldnt fault anything.
We've just returned home from a fabulous stay at Galn Heulog Be&B. Could not recommend Charles and Deb enough, they were extremely hospitable and welcoming, even booking us dinner following a long day The house itself is stunning. It's clean, welcoming and very homely!
We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful, nice view spacious B&B. Jenny is very friendly and Richard is a great cook. Jenny is very nice and very kind, she prepared gluten free soy milk, bread and gluten free sausage for us. What a super treat! Everything is very functional and clean. Perfect! What we like very is a fridge outside our room where we can enjoy many kinds of tea and milk for the guests. It is also very convenient to walk to Conwy station and town to dine and to shop. In future if we visit Conwy we will go back again . Thank you very much to RIchard and Jenny!
Very clean recently decorated property with friendly host. On the edge of town with a pleasant 10 minute wak to the centre. Only problem is not suitable for disabled guests as access to the property is via 38 steps or very steep path.
Found the location very quiet up a steep road with a great view .the owners very attentive and friendly.got shown to a room on the top floor which was very clean and tidy just a little on the small side with a ensuite .wasn't impressed with the ensuite the WC seat fell off I refixed it.found the shower very small and difficult to get in and out also it took 10mins trying to get a water temperature I could get into either scalding or freezing not impressed. the next day we had a breakfast which was lovely a great deal of attention given to give you a great choice ie smoked or non smoked bacon plenty of fruit and cereals .it was just the shower which let it down
1 night stay for my friends birthday. We stayed in a twin room and couldn’t fault this place. It’s spotless, very friendly couple running it and didn’t hear a sound from other residents even though they where full. Breakfast was delightful and huge. Really recommend this for an enjoyable comfortable and friendly stay.
