Comfortable beds, decent amenities including off-street parking. Access to NEC was fantastic. Hosts were friendly and welcoming and incredibly helpful.

Room could be very warm at night.

Owners were very friendly and kind. Also very patient as I was in and out at odd times due to the event I was attending and they accommodated everything very well. Very homey environment.

Terry greeted us warmly, and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely and laid back, just what we needed. We would recommend and look forward to staying there again soon.

Off road parking to the rear of the property. You don't just get a kettle, you get a wee fridge so you can have proper milk in your brews or keep a yoghurt or something for breakfast. Comfortable beds. Nice hot shower. Quiet street.

Nothing really

We needed somewhere close to relatives as were attending a family funeral, and this lovely little B and B was perfect. The owners were absolutely wonderful, and allowed us to turn up early, use their facilities to get ready, offered us tea/coffee and even something to eat. This is proper good old fashioned customer service, they couldn't have been more welcoming. They even upgraded my friends room and moved her downstairs as she's old! The facilities are nice and homely, the rooms in great condition and very clean. The breakfast was amazing. Overall I'd give 6 stars, if I could. Wonderful place and wonderful owners.
