Pat is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

Breakfast was outstanding, and cooked to perfection, the host was very friendly & helpful, great place to stay due to being near everything you wanna do in Blackpool

Bed was a little uncomfortable, but i think this is more to the fact everyone likes their own bed, but very clean

Bed was comfy, Pat is a great host, and his breakfast was very nice too...

Wooden floors in the bedrooms, every time you walked on them they made a noise, you could hear everything in the room next door :(

Fab Pat went above and beyond,nothing was a problem everything you needed was there or available Great location too

Nothing very welcoming property

The Glenroy guest house is such a lovely place to stay Pat is the best nothing is too much trouble for him, from greeting you when you arrive with nice cup of tea and a lovely chat. He obviously cates about his guests asking if you need anything just ask. The breakfast is excellent Christine is a little pocket rocket when it comes to sorting out the breakfast requests nothing is too much for Christine or Pat. Rooms are very clean and comfortable We will definitely come back to the Glenroy when visiting blackpool again. Massive 5 stars from us Thank you Pat and Christine for a very enjoyable stay.

Breakfasts were delicious, even though we didn't eat meat, the owner thought out a way to create something for us. The host was very nice, we felt like guests in a family home

I liked everything about the property, it was really welcoming ,from the minute I opened the gate to Pats beautiful garden , right through to my perfect room.
