I have stayed here a number of times and will continue to stay here in the future. The owner Pat is wonderful as are his staff. It is like home away from home with all the extra touches that have been put into the property. You always receive the warmest of welcomes. The rooms are lovely and the beds are very comfy, the showers are a good size and the rooms are always really clean. There has been a lot of effort put into the garden as well, it has been turned into a mini haven to sit in when the weather is nice. I highly recommend staying here, nothing is too much trouble and it feels very homely, the breakfast is delicious and is served hot and fresh. There isn't a better place to stay in Blackpool.

The owner of this property Mr Pat is a highly caring person. He does everything to make sure you feel like living at your own home. He is a very genuine and nice person. I stayed here for a couple of days to drop my daughter for her coaching classes at Aspire. I was going through a lot of anxiety to leave my daughter alone. Looking at my face , he realised what kind of mental pain I am going through. He assured me that he will take care of my daughter and not to worry. He is a very humble person. God bless him. The property is kept absolutely clean. Ms Heather takes care of the house keeping. She is also a very caring lady. My experience is fantastic and memorable for the rest of my life. Clean rooms Really friendly owner and staff Not too far from centre

It’s not that I didn’t like it but it would be great to have a couple of sofas to sit on in the breakfast room for perhaps enjoying a drink a coffee and playing cards particularly when with friends

Fabulous host! From the moment we got there and received a lovely welcome to when we left Pat was absolutely amazing and on hand for anything we needed. The hotel was delightfully decked out in Christmas decorations and our room was lovely, tastefully done and clean. Breakfast was lovely too. The perfect stay.
