Everything from the moment we arrived. Pat, the owner was welcoming, attentive, friendly, helpful and just couldn't do enough for us. Beautiful breakfast served by Pat and his assistant Christine too. Just a home from home, felt very at ease and relaxed. Loved it. Will return.

Great location. Excellent value for money. Comfortable clean bedroom. Great breakfast. Host Pat was brilliant, couldn’t do enough for us.

"Excellent base for a few days"

The property was clean and centrally located in Blackpool. There is street parking outside but often already used. However you can easily park a 5 minute walk away for less than 10 pounds a day. Pat the owner is so welcoming and friendly. He made our stay. Lovely man. His breakfast was sooooo good too.

Everything was amazing. The shower in our room wasn’t great but apart from that we had no complaints.

A lovely B&B in a great location about 3 minutes walk to the promenade. Pat was a great host throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great, home cooked and fresh

"Brilliant place to stay."

We had a excellent stay here(group of 4). Pat couldn't do enough for us from telling us all about the local area and where to go and what to see. Even explained all about the local transport links. Breakfast was excellent one of the best we've had anywhere. Would definitely recommend it, we will be back.

"A lovely, relaxed 2 nights away, to recharge the parenting batteries."

Lovely property, lovely, friendly staff. Nothings a hassle for them. We enjoyed a 2 night stay here and it will be the first place we look at for the next time we get some time to get away for a couple nights. Breakfast both mornings was great and was even happy to switch out my cooked fry up breakfast to toast and scrambled egg.

Nothing. It’s a great wee property.

"excellent guest house"

pat was absolutely lovely couldn't do enough always smiling. the room was lovely and clean and warm too which was nice . the breakfast were really nice totally filling and a big teapot was appreciated. we had food at dinnertime and it all was gorgeous and top quality food . we carnt recommend this guest house enough totally felt welcome throughout. thank you x
