Clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food in a very pleasant bar.

Nothing. Thought breakfast was available as there was a breakfast menu on the website but the staff recommended places nearby to have breakfast so not a problem.

"Short stay ideal, nice location."

Breakfast bag was a nice touch but yogurt sitting out all night was questionable (these were prepared the night before), would have liked a hot drink in the morning/evening. Great location for event, good selection of drinks. Food looked good. Staff were very friendly.

The bed was really uncomfortable, 2 singles pushed together without a mattress topper led to a very poor nights sleep after a very busy day. Kettle in room was unclean, bathroom wasn't spotless.

Room very spacious and bed comfortable

Breakfast terrible - just a paper bag left out with a small carton of orange juice, brioche roll and a yoghurt. They shouldn't bother offering breakfast if this is all what is on offer as I would rather go out for breakfast (which we did).

"It was a nice pub and good stay, very convenient for attending our event."

The main plus point was that it was next to the venue where we were attending an event. The room was clean and comfortable.

The property was good, but breakfast was disappointing. We don’t mind getting it ourselves, but it could have been better. Concerned to find that yoghurts were left out overnight. A small fridge could be provided to store yoghurts and fresh milk for drinks. Not having a good coffee in the morning was disappointing as was having warm yoghurts and orange juice! Therefore felt it was a bit expensive when even a help yourself breakfast could be done better. Two glasses of wine at the bar the previous evening were also £20 which was a bit of a shock!
