Very comfortable room (we had an upgrade). Good menu in the bar.

Breakfast bag was quite basic.

Helpful staff, excellent bathroom, comfortable beds.

Age of building means short steep stairs, tiny rooms. Included breakfast-on-the-go packs are poor, would have paid more for a buffet breakfast.

We had a great stay lovely venue in beautiful location. Rooms had everything we needed. Staff were great very friendly.

The husbands would have liked the offer of a full English breakfast rather than breakfast to go. Check out a little early at 10 am on a Sunday.

Located in an exceptionally well run pub with good range of food and drinks. Very good beer. Comfortable room, very clean.. All staff excellent.

Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff, handy location for Congleton area.

Shower was either too hot or cold, nothing in between. Breakfast was a paper bag containing a dry mueseli bar, a warm crunchy yogurt, a carton of orange, a tiny sweet- tasting roll. No alternative.
