Really lovely room. Clean. Plates in case you hot takeaways. Comfy.had air conditioning. Right on the seafront.

Couldn't get the shower to go above tepid. To get to the room up down and round, when actually if you went up one flight of stairs from the Beaumont entrance much quicker. But couldn't access this entrance from outside. The view was over a flat roof and back of buildings. But to be fair I didn't spend time looking out.

The location was brilliant

No lift , no help with suitcases , beds very narrow , cold water for shower on first morning . No wardrobe only rail , dirty at the back of bed on the carpet actually filthy

"Home from home to celebrate our anniversary"

Home from home to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The Clarendon is my go-to hotel when staying in Deal and we try to visit 3 or 4 times a year. There are great amenities close by and within the room so we can choose whether to have breakfast out or in the room. Same for lunch and dinner. Orla and her colleagues were welcoming as always and made our stay extra special. Ou room - the Sunrise suite - is so comfortable and spacious and has great views of the seafront. Looking forward to returning in the summer.
