Spacious and comfortable room- everything had been thought of-glad there was a fan in the heatwave! Breakfast was well thought out and generous. Good value, stayed on recommendation of daughter and was not disappointed.

The location was perfect for family reasons

The digger and drainage works near our room. The host family were involved in the work but frankly it did not spoil our stay.

"Old folks college reunion!"

Really nice place, room was comfortable and outside area for breakfast etc. We were part of a large group so it was nice to be able to eat breakfast together outside, weather permitting. The breakfast basket was great and very generously replenished every day. Location is handy for the Jurassic coast and towns such as Axminster.
