"Lovely overnight stop"

Had everything we needed for an overnight stop down to Cornwall. Especially loved the paddock field to walk our dog. Very clean and excellent continental breakfast. Found an excellent pub for evening meal very close by.

"Overall comfortable and nice, great for people with dogs."

Spacious, clean, beds comfortable, dogs loved the paddock, had everything we needed in the property. Supermarkets, pubs, town ext within 10 mins away. Was provided with all information no issues with check in/out.

On a main road, difficulty with driving in/out due to parked cars on road bit unsafe, shame no pub/restaurant on site for breakfast/dinner, TV outdated and small could do with streaming services/apps. No hot water when needed but reported and sorted within the hour. Link to pay dog fees could be within the information sent to us.

There was a “picnic basket” breakfast waiting for us in our room. With plenty milk. Yoghurts and fresh apple juice in the fridge
