Family run, personal and very professional, warm and accommodating. A drop of whiskey in the room. I was in the single room for one night to catch the early ferry.

The bed could have been better

A very nice sized family room that had everything we needed. The owner Elaine was fantastically helpful ensuring we had everything we needed for our late arrival and early departure. Location was ideal for the ferry ports which were 10-15 minutes drive. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was excellent & catered for me being a coeliac with out any fuss we were very lucky to have the top room great views when it was not raining very clean, spacious & had every thing you needed & more. the host very obliging found & booked an evening meal for us which was very nice & would have run us over to the meal if we had wanted.

If I was to be very picky the stair was a bit challenging as I seem to have hip problems now [old age] but you are informed about the stairs when booking & you can not change the lay out of the house, that apart every thing else excellent & would recommend this B.&B.to any one.

Very welcoming. Very clean. Lovely single room. Secure area for bicycle overnight.

Wir hatten die komplette oberste Etage für uns, mit Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer und Bad. Elaine ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Zimmer waren absolut sauber und sehr gemütlich. Es gab sogar einen kleinen schottischen Willkommenstrunk. Das Frühstück, welches man vorab auswählen konnte, war super und absolut ausreichend. Das Haus liegt direkt am Hafen und man kann davor auf der Straße parken. Fußläufig gab es diverse Restaurants und Take aways. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Da gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Waschbecken im Schlafraum ist nicht so komfortabel, aber wenn es im Bad nicht mehr unterzubringen war, dann muss das wohl so.

Everything was great, room was perfect and loved the the little extra touches, milk in the fridge and water plus a wee dram on the dressing table 😀 the kids also felt very comfortable and were made to feel very welcome by the lovely Elaine, breakfast was totally amazing and everything was so convenient and worked for us a family, I would highly recommend and we'll definitely be back! Thanks for having us 😁
