The Bridge House Henley

Rooms were furnished to a very high standard and even the coffee and tea on offer was top notch. Great location just at the end of the high street and a 5 minute walk to pubs and restaurants

Car park was very tight

Problem with booking.com not forwarding payment on to property resulting in confusion. Really disappointed with booking.com inability to resolve the issue which I gather was due to them. The Bridge though were very helpful and we were able to resolve.

Room was very modern and had everything we needed. Also self check in and out made for a seamless arrival and exit.

Room entrance was low and the room wasn't overly spacious. Met needs for 1 night. Car park was incredibly tight to get into and bigger cars will struggle.

The room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful - we were planning on going out but stayed in all night because we were so comfortable!

Looked very newly refurbed to high standard, comfy bed, easy access for places to visit in the area. Unexpectedly arrived early before check in - allowed in. Self check in worked well

Position right by a busy road junction but we only needed a bed for one night and are used to living on B Road

Good location. Booked the larger room with king size bed which was extremely comfortable. Shower was spacious and immediate hot water and easy to use. Exceptionally clean room and efficient instructions to enter the property as not staff there.

We had no problem with parking in the small car park, but if late at the property it would be unlikely that you would get a space.
