Great room with everything you would expect. Despite warnings it could be noisy it was fine.

Found a big piece of glass in one of the cups , and a small piece of glass on the bed, it looked like it was from one of the glasses that are in the rooms , I mentioned it to the cleaner who told me a glass was missing , also the shower tray did not drain off was at least an inch of water in shower tray after my fiancee got out and was still in shower at least 15 mins later when I was going to shower , I took the cover off and the insides out and managed to unblock it , got it to drain, the cleaner said she would vacuum the room and check the bed for any more glass as we was staying another night., also road traffic noise was a bit much and the room was very warm , not a very good sleep for both of us .

Rooms were furnished to a very high standard and even the coffee and tea on offer was top notch. Great location just at the end of the high street and a 5 minute walk to pubs and restaurants

Car park was very tight

Problem with booking.com not forwarding payment on to property resulting in confusion. Really disappointed with booking.com inability to resolve the issue which I gather was due to them. The Bridge though were very helpful and we were able to resolve.

Room was very modern and had everything we needed. Also self check in and out made for a seamless arrival and exit.

Room entrance was low and the room wasn't overly spacious. Met needs for 1 night. Car park was incredibly tight to get into and bigger cars will struggle.

The room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful - we were planning on going out but stayed in all night because we were so comfortable!

Clean, modern, comfy bed, good shower. Great location. Parking good but tight

Room was very small bit tight to maneuvere but otherwise brilliant

Looked very newly refurbed to high standard, comfy bed, easy access for places to visit in the area. Unexpectedly arrived early before check in - allowed in. Self check in worked well

Position right by a busy road junction but we only needed a bed for one night and are used to living on B Road
