The New Alexandra Hotel

I stayed for 3 nights, hotel staff very friendly and nothings too much trouble. Room very clean and spacious. Bed was comfy, pillows just right for me. Bar downstairs, drinks at a reasonable price, food is served in the bar, very nice, tasty and well presented. Beach a 2 min walk from the hotel and just round the corner are the shops. I had a very enjoyable break and would stay here again 😃

If you have trouble walking up and down stairs this hotel may not be suitable for you as it as a lot of stairs to climb. Which I didn't mind.

No lift. 8 flights of stairs of various lengths The reception office up the first and longest flight of stairs was ridiculous. The small and grubby bar is your introduction to an ancient hotel in the second best location in Llandudno - what a waste. You need to be young and fit to face those stairs, neither of which would describe my 75 year old body

Nice friendly hotel in centre of town and near the railway station and bus stops. Lovely quiet room with comfy bed. Great little bar and fab food. Really good value for money.

The room was a good size and was convenient for the town centre and front. Booking in was easy dispite us only just arriving within the checkout time. Advice on car parking was good.

The room was really noisy the window were single glazed and the intersection and road were busy with vehicles and people at all hours of the night and day. The room only had one opening window so became very hot and stuffy without any way of letting a breeze in. The entrance served as an outdoor seating area for the bar and was difficult to negotiate. The room was clean enough but we had no house made service for our 5 night stay
