Nice place with a gorgeous view over north bay.

Good hotel ,great views from the front of hotel overlooking South bay . Ample parking outside and side streets free parking voucher provided by hotel. Not great location if you have difficulty walking up steep incline streets. I would definitely stay again and recommend as a great value for money hotel.

Positives: ° Jo was super accommodating and just a lovely, friendly, welcoming lady ° They had board games! ° Complimentary tea & coffee was refilled every day ° We thought the shared bathroom was going to feel a little awkward but it was absolutely fine - powerful shower & kept very clean ° They had a well presented communal lounge ° Jo had no problem with us ordering food to the guesthouse & provided cutlery too ° lots of nice little extra touches like a hairdryer & blanket ° lovely decking area Negatives, if any: ° Would have personally preferred a firmer mattress & pillows - just had neck & back twinges in the mornings ° Just so there's no surprise, be aware that the bedroom & bathroom are very small! But some would consider them cosy, especially with the nice decor & it certainly wasn't cramped enough to put us off coming back ° sound insulation between rooms wasn't fantastic - mainly worried about disturbing other guests but we weren't disturbed ourselves You can tell Jo & her partner have put a lot of love & care into the property & really care about the comfort of their guests. Overall a very lovely stay, thank you for having us!

Beautiful place to stay, with amazing views! The owner is lovely and super polite, and we was made to feel very welcome - the room was beautiful too with lovely up to date decor. I will definitely be staying again

Great stay for just the one night, beautiful view, quiet area. We were a bit wary of using a shared bathroom but it was very clean and modern looking. Would be more than happy to return

Really happy with it he hotel and the lady that's runs it. Our on suite room was absolutely spotless. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay and excellent value for money. Well definitely recommend

Super views over the North Bay, really comfortable room and bed to sleep, really clean and calm & quiet but the disadvantage of private bathroom/WC is outside the room in a corridor
