A lovely family run guest house with modern decor. Lovely and clean and a great breakfast. The location is ideal and the view's of North Bay and the castle are amazing. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning for another stay

Very convenient location and friendly owner/staff. Some of the bathrooms are shared between two rooms and some are private depending on which room you book. All of the bathrooms are well kept. The views over North Bay are excellent.

Check in was very easy and the host was very friendly. Covid measures in place. Very clean room with lovely decor. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Bed and bedding was very comfortable, had 2 lovely nights sleep. Plenty of space and hangers in the wardrobe. Very close to the castle, open air theatre, beach etc. Lovely views if your room is sea facing, to the back is similar tall hotels/ flats etc but it’s not an unpleasant view.

I stayed in a twin room with my daughter for two nights and we had a really enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. The host was lovely and welcoming we will definitely return.

This was a very nice guest house, superb breakfast, picturesque views from front of building, close to town centre ...the owners were very caring towards customers ..i would recommend this place to all family and friends 😁

We booked this stay at the last minute, which meant we were in a small attic room with a shared bathroom. Being a slightly older couple we found the four flights of stairs hard work and the usual problems with a shared bathroom, could prove frustrating. Having said that, the room was clean and had everything we needed. A small chair would be a good addition. Breakfast was great and Joanne was friendly and very helpful. Would stay again but on the first floor please.

Stayed 2 nights, friendly welcome. Clean well appointed room, comfy bed, nice towels. Stayed in double ensuite very quiet room not huge but more than adequate. Didnt have breakfast included but what we saw looked nice and there is lounge room. We were there august bank holiday so on street parking was a bit of an issue but we found somewhere eventually and thats a common issue not the fault of the hotel Would recommend
