Beautiful room. Very friendly and helpful staff 👍

Unfortunately issue with heating to our room. Provided with portable electric heater which helped . The heater up and running the next day. Beyond staff control but they did everything they could to help. Breakfast was really 👍

staff friendly

No hot water, phone call at 10 asking if we were checking in, but we were in bed having checked in 7 hours previously and having a meal there. Mentioned no hot water, apologetic but no mention of any recompense

Complimentary drink parking and staff .Room was nice too

Toilet seat loose central heating not working ..Shower stone cold and overflowed in room one fix this and it will be fine

Staff were very friendly, the bedroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom in room 5 was freezing and the grout in the shower needs a good scrub. It was a bit mouldy. The rest of the bathroom was very clean.

"Perfect stay for visiting friends,had everything we needed."

Room was clean,nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Good quality mattress and bedding. Very welcoming and accommodating staff. Delicious breakfast.

We came back at 10.30pm and would have liked a nightcap but the bar was closed. We thought breakfast was included. Shower water pressure was weak

Very comfortable bed..Spacious bathroom. Very clean. Good wood fired pizzas in hotel and reasonably priced too.

No luggage rack. Only one chair in luxury apartment bedroom.
