We loved our 3night stay at barnard house ,a beautiful well kept home which we were greeted by Jill & Andrew who do a magnificent job in making you feel welcome & at home..nothing is to much trouble & a very tasty & well presented breakfast with lots of choices.we will definitely choose barnard house again when we visit Yarmouth. Thank you again for looking after me & my wife during our stay

Location was perfect for our destination. Breakfast was top class. Room and beds comfortable, bathroom was clean and new. Tea/ coffee etc in plentiful supply.

Lovely little guest house with very welcoming hosts. Just in the right location for enjoying the Norfolk walks or going into the hubris of the coast entertainment. Tasty breakfasts with poached eggs that are spot on :)

"Great short break"

The house is beautiful and close to all attractions. We were able to park easily on the road. The breakfast was excellent and the owners were friendly and attentive. We had a lovely short stay.

The room was very warm but there was a fan. Also we did encounter a dog briefly which unfortunately my friend is very allergic to. Otherwise it was perfect.

If the double bed that was booked was available (as we ended up with a twin room) and possibly one more bottle of water (so one per person) for the room.
