Grand Hotel Terme

This was our 'splurge' location. The room was very nice, but the main attraction was having a bathtub in room and the the bath house in the Spa. Being as this was off-season, we were the only ones in the Spa's mineral pool with it's jets, which was very relaxing and rejuvenating.

Dinner was okay, but not exceptional. ... The breakfast buffet, however, was wonderful.

Hotel könnte insgesamt renoviert werden, da an einigen Stellen Gebrauchsspuren, Bar in der Nachsaison praktisch unbesetzt, Abendessen eher lieblos hergerichtet und sehr touristenmäßig.

The lady who made the coffee was very nice and friendly. The cleaning ladies make the beds very nicely. The beach was very close to the hotel. The beach is quiet and clean, but here are a lot of jellyfish in the sea.

I would rather call it a health resort than a wellness or spa hotel. I do not recommend it at all to young people, those looking for youthful accommodation, or those with children. The breakfast was terrible, not worth using the service. The breakfast is boring, always the same thing. At 9 o'clock there was hardly any food. The rooms are old-fashioned, the furniture is worn out. The garage is not a real garage, but more of a storage and garbage dump and expensive. The bathroom is run down, dirty, moldy, no water pressure.

Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber seinen Charme erhalten können. Z. B. das oberste Stockwerk (Restaurant/Bar) gemütlich im 70er Jahre Stil. 2 Aufzüge - wir hatten nur einmal kurz die Treppe in den 4. Stock nehmen müssen, als ein Reisebus eingecheckt hat, ansonsten war immer sofort ein Aufzug da. Strand direkt vor dem Hotel. Obwohl viele andere Strandabschnitte Ende September bereits geschlossen hatten, konnten wir noch gemütlich auf unseren Sonnenliegen relaxen und baden. Im Zimmer relativ großer Kühlschrank und sehr viel Platz. Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und einem Tisch ausgestattet. Personal durchgehend wirklich sehr, sehr freundlich! Flamingos in freier Wildbahn. Die angeschlossene Therme haben wir nicht genutzt. Keine Sprachprobleme - wo mir mit unserem italienisch nicht mehr weiterkamen, konnte immer auf englisch kommuniziert werden.

Frühstücksangebot war ausreichend, aber die Rühreier ständig kalt. Die Garage (€ 20,-- am Tag) ist wohl nicht direkt am Haus. Man gibt sein Auto also ab, es wird eingeparkt und bei Bedarf (kurzer Anruf genügt) auch wieder vor das Hotel vorgefahren. Das hat auch prima funktioniert. Man hat aber während das Auto in der Garage ist keine Möglichkeit kurz selbst z. B. etwas zu ent- oder beladen usw.

Un personnel très gentil, surtout à la réception et au spa. Par contre, l’hôtel faisant parti d’un centre thermal pour des soins pulmonaires, articulaires, dermatologiques, gynécologiques, La moyenne d’âge est très très élevée.
