Grand Hotel Terme

Parking service was very good as they always had someone parking my car in their underground for me. The room was spacious and we had a beautiful view over the sea.

1. Breakfast is very poor (extremely limited salty options and all ingredients are of poor quality, nothing tastes well). Staff at the breakfast service is super slow and they don’t have many people helping out / removing dirty dishes. Breakfast finishes sharp at 9.30 am which is way too early and the staff is very annoyed if we stayed longer. 2. Staff is in most cases rude / unhelpful or simply too tired as there seems to be not enough staff at the reception and breakfast service. 3. Towels for the sea are very rarely available. 4. Windows in the room let all the noise from the outside and the hotel is right in front of the super noisy attractions and we couldn’t sleep until around 1.30 am most of the days of the week. 5. This hotel is only for retired people or generally old people - as a young couple with a kid we didn’t belong to this place. The vibe was really not there for us. They should make it clearer that this place is not for young people. 6. The facilities are very outdated - for instance, their lifts make a big noise and almost crash the door on you when you come a bit late (there are no sensitive sensors so the doors basically crash your body…).

The room. The stuff very professional.

Very clean, flexible, large and well equipped rooms. Wonderful saltwater swimming pool and very nicely organised check in waiting parking and valet garage parking

The "out of season" breakfast is good enough, but can be boring by 4th or 5th morning. Maybe when it's season it's richer (I assume it from the way the breakfast area is furnished)

The room facing the beach was wonderful.
