Fantastic view. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The unit (69) could use a major refresh and a deep cleaning. The bathroom/laundry room in particular could be made more modern and pleasant. There was also extensive exterior construction.

The view was amazing.

Ants in the kitchen and sand in the bath. But opposite the beach is understanding.
