The size and location

The floors were not clean. Under the beds were not vacuumed. The tv in the main bedroom would not turn off.

Location

Coolum Caprice was an absolutely poor and extremely overpriced disappointment. Would not recommend it. Leaking showers. Cracked floor tiles. Minimal furniture.Didn’t appear to have been updated from 1980’s. Staff quick to blame Bookings.com for poor standard room and inflated room price. I am so angry we paid so much. Building is undergoing refurbishment however why charge so much for such a low standard room. Wish I could get my money back. Would never stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
