The advertisement I read online promised on-site parking and breakfast included. That was untrue Parking is a nightmare and there was NO breakfast SHAME!!!

Kingsize bed of 140 cm width!! Very small bathroom or a big toilet with a shower. Parking at 7 minutes walking.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, though seldom seen when needed. Property was safe and fairly comfortable but in need of work, especially the showers. Freezing or scalding only.

The staff was friendly--they helped me take my luggage upstairs and let me keep the luggage. The bedding was clean and the bed comfortable--a nice balance between hard and soft. The sea-side decor lightened up the room--and the room stayed dark into late morning. The hotel is a minute from the beautiful Weymouth town beach and it takes just five minutes to walk to a great restaurant.

I didn't expect to see black mold in the shower, and though I frequent less expensive hotels, the shape of the bathroom surprised me. I understand it's incredibly costly to redo a bathroom but it needs to be redone--everything else was great and the shape of the shower really affected me.

When arrived owner was lovely. Very polite and helpful. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our stay. The rooms them selves were genuinely dirty. They need a good clean. The sofa was very uncomfortable. The cups hadn’t been washed out properly. Our bathroom was located in the main bedroom which had an awful smell ( like cat wee) We tried leaving the door shut and fan on in the bathroom but the smell was still in the bedroom where we had to sleep. This was uncomfortable! The bed sheet could do with being replaced and also the pillows. There were hairs all in the bed when I pulled back the duvet. Which resulted in us sleeping on top on the quilt. The shower had a lot of mould too.
