Timrick Lodge

Nice welcome from owners. Rooms were OK for the price. Would suggest replacing the lumpy pillows (guess they've been washed) as replacements don't cost much. Easy to walk to from train station. Check in and out times convenient.

Close to the beach. Helpful and friendly staff.

Parking is a nightmare. Room really small and bathroom needs a refit as very old and shabby. Bed really uncomfortable

How accommodating the owner was to our needs. How accessible it was to the beach and esplanade.

Shower was a little dodgy as the shower didn't quite fit on the attachment correctly so it was hard to wash my hair and shower at the same time.

The breakfast, the nice villa, the antique floor

No storage for the bikes, just the patio but the gate is open. The room n.4 has just two dormer windows one for bathroom one for the room, a bit claustrophobic

The bed was comfortable and plenty of tea and coffee as for the bathroom very small, mould around shower and toilet and taps very noisy and very loud outside with swearing and bikes

Location was perfect near to the beach and shops. Well procented clean room tea and coffee in the room was a brillant touch to the room. Most of all meeting Steve the seagal. Was the big high light of the stay he was brilliant. Can't wait to rebook and stay again staff at timrick lodge was lovely and friendly highly recommend the place to stay.

Good hotel, good location, great staff.

It said that breakfast could be ordered and even enjoyed on our patio but there were no breakfasts on offer at the property

The damp smell in the room. The sofa that was too uncomfortable to sit on. The noise coming from other rooms - we could hear every word spoken by the couple staying in the room above ours. The patio was shabby and not inviting with old worn out furniture.
